help me take a look

i just tried another form mail, the advantage it has is it creat support ticket number, it also send mail to the sender.and it's free.after i made some changes, you can view it here.

the thing is, when my msg is very long, after you submit it, the webpage went to very "fat".

type a long msg and try, you will see how.

may i know how to change it...thanks.especially tonpro, i know you good at coding.

Are you familiar with Perl script?

Look for the code that outputs the text area object named "inc_des" and try wrapping it in the perl equivalent of the PHP function nl2br() - don't know it offhand.

but honestly i am not fimiliar with perl...i searched the scripts, do find some code as you mentioned. the "inc_des".

so, how to wrap it :oops:

Perl is not my best language, have dabbled a bit. Can you post the code that outputs the text area object?
