Send to diferent mail based in a list/menu

hi i have this form

http://www.ticamex.com.mx/contacto.htm

at the final there is a list/menu with options.
This options are several company departaments, what i need is to
send to a different email adress based in the choose departament in this list.
this is possible to do with phpformail?

Name the list "recipient" and set teh value to the target email address
