I have a site where we use formmail to collect and send us data. Everything was working until our host upgraded the web server. Now when you enter the data in the form and hit submit the page just reloads without any data sent and the data that was typed in is erased. The form page also has required fields and you used to get errors if you did not fill in the required now nothing the page just reloads without the typed in data.

The real kicker is that some of the forms work, the login form and the request new password form.
