First attempt........having a few problems

Hi. I have just installed the latest formmail on my Windows-IIS 6 server (which supports php5). I added the form fields and edited the php as instructed in the docs. However when I tried sending a message thru the form I got the errors below. I didn't think I had to edit any of that, do wondering whast gone wrong? Yhks.

vulenerabilities claim

I got an email saying that there are vulenerabilities with the script. I am running the lastest version and don't believe there claim. Just wanted you to see their claim and to let me know if it is an issue. I am including the person information if you wish to ask questions from them. Thanks for a great product and look forward to your answer.

No recipient error

Although I have little understanding of PHP, I thought this was a good script for my formmail but I'm getting an error when I submit the form. Here's the error:

The following errors were found:
• There is no recipient to send this mail to. Please read the manual section titled "Form Configuration - Recipient".
PHPFormMail has experienced errors that must be fixed by the webmaster. Mail will NOT be sent until these issues are resolved. Once these issues are resolved, you will have to resubmit your form to PHPFormMail for the mail to be sent.
